EPR Cutover Manager – NHS Digital Programme

We’re currently supporting an NHS organisation looking for an experienced EPR Cutover Manager to support a major digital transformation programme through the critical transition into go-live.

This is an opportunity for someone who has been through EPR implementations, cutovers and go-lives and understands the level of coordination required across clinical, technical and operational teams.

The role will involve:

• Leading the EPR cutover planning and execution

• Developing and maintaining the detailed cutover plan and runbook

• Coordinating activities across clinical, technical, data, infrastructure, applications and operational teams

• Managing cutover rehearsals and readiness activities

• Tracking dependencies, risks, issues and key go-live milestones

• Working closely with programme and workstream leads to ensure readiness

• Coordinating command centre / go-live activity

• Supporting the transition from the existing systems into the new EPR
  Providing clear reporting on cutover readiness to senior programme stakeholders

We're particularly interested in people with:
- Proven experience managing EPR cutovers and NHS go-lives
- Experience working across complex, multi-workstream digital programmes
- Strong understanding of cutover planning, rehearsals, dress rehearsals and go-live readiness
- Experience coordinating clinical and technical stakeholders
- The ability to manage significant volumes of activity and dependencies under tight deadlines
- Previous experience with major EPR platforms
