- Lead the end-to-end data migration workstream from planning through to go-live.
- Oversee data mapping, cleansing, extraction, validation and transfer from legacy systems into Nervecentre.
- Coordinate clinical, technical and operational stakeholders to ensure data integrity and patient safety.
- Manage migration plans, risks, dependencies, testing cycles and cutover activities.
- Ensure migration deliverables align with the wider EPR implementation programme and go-live milestones.
