  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource forecasts, risk registers, budgets and delivery reports.
  • Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, consultants and technology partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Drive project governance activities, including stakeholder engagement, steering committee updates and executive reporting.
  • Support requirements gathering, process design, testing, validation activities and deployment planning.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with regulatory, quality and data integrity requirements where applicable.
  • Oversee testing, defect resolution, training, cutover planning and post-implementation support activities.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues, ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place.
  • Facilitate integrations between laboratory systems, instruments, ERP platforms, reporting solutions and enterprise applications.
  • Promote best practice project delivery standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver successful outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of regulated environments and quality-driven processes.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with LabWare LIMS, LabWare implementations or laboratory informatics platforms.
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations, sample lifecycle management and scientific workflows.
  • Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation (CSV), GxP, GMP, GLP, ISO standards or data integrity principles.
  • Experience delivering projects involving system integrations, laboratory instruments, ERP systems, APIs or cloud-hosted applications.
  • Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum or APM.
